There is a new sub-sound of Lekompo in town and Phobla on the beat & Prince Zulu are bringing it to our attention with their delivery of “Series of Private Lekompo.”
Phobla on the beat needs no introduction. Hailing from Limpopo, this versatile duo has impressively released songs that have dominated the airwaves. Prince Zulu on the other hand is not a new player in the music scene. Since coming into the music mainstream, he has released offerings that have seen more and more fans continuing to connect with the Lekompo sound.
Giving their fans the best of their sound, Phobla on the beat & Prince Zulu have teamed up together for this two-track EP that is made of innovative soundscapes that blend across the many styles of Lekompo. The EP is made up of “Matepe Hala Hitt” with Psychonic Vocalist and “Ska Ntelela Hala Hitt” with Slidoo.
This EP is well cooked and don’t be surprised to hear the featured tracks filling clubs this coming festive season.
