MaWhoo’s ability to work with a variety of artists and producers is one of her biggest strength. Such Versatility hasn’t been experienced for a long time and I am glad she is getting her flowers. Bridging the gap between Lekompo and Amapiano, she has returned with this energetic new single and this one lands hot off the heels of her recent collaboration with Dj Skizoh BW on “Baba Ngixolele.”
“Uthando Lwethu” is the lead track on Noxolo Ngema, MaWhoo & Janesh’s recently released 2-track album of the same name and this one is paved with sensory-appealing soundscapes that make use of soulful melodies and powerful vocals and addictive rhythms to make listeners loose all guards and become vulnerable.
