Amapiano followers are about to feast good this coming week as the pioneer of the sound, Kabza De Small is set to release his next studio album, “Tutu.”
“Tutu” isn’t just any album; it’s a tribute to Kabza De Small’s roots, a dedication to his grandmother. As Black people, especially as South Africans, it’s hard to find a Black child who hasn’t experienced the love of a Gogo. They are the backbone of our society and our families. When homes face challenges or relationships turn sour between couples, Gogos often come to the rescue, usually taking the kids under their wings and shielding them from harm or toxicity.
“Tutu,” Kabza De Small’s grandmother, is one of those Gogos who played a big role in the growing years of the Amapiano icon and contributed to the star he is today.
Paying tribute to his roots, Kabza De Small is set to release a solid studio album, and this one will be released under the banner of “Tutu.” “Tutu” will be promoted by a couple of pre-releases that will hit stores in the next couple of hours. Mark your calendar, because this one will slap hard!
