While many young talents are creating bangers and TikTok trend snippets, they cannot fully fill the space occupied by veterans like Bongza. Don’t get me wrong, these trending songs by new-age artists have played a huge role in making Amapiano widespread. In fact, they are a big reason the sound has nearly rivaled Afrobeat.
