Nkulee 501 & Djy Vino have released the last episode of their notorious mixtape series. Out now is “Jappino Vol.4 (100% Production Mix).”
I believe Jappino ran its course during its lifespan. In less than a year since its launch, and with only four episodes released, the 100% Production mixtape has done a lot to enrich the minds of Amapiano listeners, while also exposing us to the richness of their sound and the strong chemistry between them.
With their next move already in motion — the release of more solid singles and a potential joint album — the duo have returned with *”Jappino Vol. 4 (100% Production Mix),”* a mixtape that wraps up the Jappino series. And honestly, this one is heavy.
Featured on this project is a blend of vocal and instrumental offerings — both released and unreleased — all of which help define their sound as we move deeper into the year and as they get more serious about their music business.
