Remember what we said? “Ezohlala Nawe” would be one of the finest Maskandi album compilations released in 2026, and just like our previous predictions, we weren’t wrong. In fact, we underestimated the melodic essence of the project and its potential to dominate the South African charts for months to come.
Loaded with 14 hefty tracks, this newest installment showcases a large portion of Menzi Music’s smooth and deep soundscapes, and by extension, his discography. At the same time, it touches on the core melodic essence of Maskandi music, revealing the many possibilities within the sound and what can be achieved through it.
