After many weeks of anticipation, Justin99 has finally put on shelves his album debut, “99 Problems,” and guys, this one is fire.
Justin99 has given us more solid singles than many of his peers in the Amapiano music scene. While we have already digested tons of these bangers, we still haven’t been privileged to get a full-length album from his camp, but that ends now. In case you are wondering why a full-length album is what many of us crave and why it’s necessary for emerging talents to release one, without an album, it becomes really hard to judge and summarize the soundscape of an artist, and this is exactly what Justin99 tackles with this project.
“99 Problems” showcases the many angles of Justin99’s sound, and his exceptional production skills in crafting uplifting melodies and powerful dancefloor weapons establish the album’s strong emotional foundation.
Justin99 touches on the many sub-sounds available in the Amapiano music scene on this one, including Sgidongo, Private School Piano, as well as Sgija, and this he was able to achieve with the assistance of Djy Vino, Xduppy, Leemckrazy, ShakaMan YKTV, Masterpiece YVK, Optimist Music ZA, and Civil Soul.
