Loxion Deep has shown us how vast his sound palette is with his newest collection of bangers, “My Father’s Records.”
For most boys, our father is not only our hero, but also our role model. Whatever our father likes is what we will also subconsciously like, be it food, music, and even clothing. For someone like Loxion Deep, whose father leans more into soulful and soothing sounds, he sure will tend to make such kind of music now that he’s matured, and not just any grown adult, but one that has helped pioneer the Amapiano sound.
Making the sounds just the way his father would like them, Loxion Deep has delivered to us this stunning collection of bangers called “My Father’s Records,” and guys, this project not only showcases his versatility but also his mature taste when it comes to music-making.
This album boasts some support from both emerging talents and well-known stars, including a collaboration with Bandros, Kandybeats, Zoolu & TP Bass on “Calm The Storm,” a collaboration with Gaba Cannal on “Smoke & Satin,” and a collaboration with DJ Stokie on “Amapholas (Soweto Vibe).”
“My Father’s Records” is out everywhere, and this one is a captivating journey through the soulful-piano sound, showcasing Loxion Deep’s innovative approach to music production.
