Finally, “iXesha” by Funky Qla, Thukuthela, Babalwa M & GL_Ceejay is finally out. With this release, there is not excuse for you to have a bad weekend.
Even before “iXesha” was released today, we knew deep down that this one would be a banger. Guys, we all saw how it turned heads when Dlala Thukzin playlisted the song at Kunye a couple of weeks ago. Heck, groovers went from mood 5 to 100, with hands in the air and bodies twisting to accommodate and absorb the melody the song oozes.
With the high demand for this song, Funky Qla has finally decided to let this one go, and guys, this one is both heavy and melodious. I love the recent trends within the South African music space. While producers still lock their productions, they no longer keep them under wraps for years. The moment “iXesha” turned heads on the Kunye set, we knew it was only a matter of time before the single got officially released, and we weren’t wrong.
“iXesha” is out everywhere ABC this one showcases Funky Qla’s vibrant production techniques and the emotional depth and vocal prowess of Thukuthela, Babalwa M and GL_Ceejay. Take a bite below!
