South Africa’s queen of vocals, Boohle has delivered to us her highly anticipated four tracks body of work named “Sfikile EP”
The EP opens with “Amawaza”, a record that features Busta 929 & Mpura. It is a melody with a stripped-down bassline fueled by drums and a soulful groove bass pattern. The vocals from Boohle compliments the entire melody which makes you move along to the rhythms.
“Singili” is the second track being featured on the project. This one was produced by Ntokzin and it begins with Soulful vibes which swayed to a PSP keys midway, then ascends right back to the end.
Boohle goes solo on the third track in this amazing body of work. “Pillow Talk” features her amazing vocals and skillful blends of melody.
The last record featured on this project is “Ngimnadi”. The track brings in the professional support of Piano veteran Gaba Cannal.
