Burna Boy Pays Tribute To AKA In New Track

Burna Boy has paid his tribute to legendary rapper, AKA who was shot dead earlier this week in Durban.

In a short video shared on his Instagram story, the Last Last hitmaker said he was devasted when he heard the shocking news of AKA’s assassination.

“WTF is all of that about? I just heard he died, seen that video at that restaurant. Took me out of a positive mood/ Took me back to that day when you saw my gun and you said I was wild/ Then I told you you should have one too,” he sang.

Although they are not in a talking terms, Burma had said he never wanted AKA dead and he really hope they apprehend those behind the evil assassination plot.

“But I didn’t want you dead, it was like that with me and you, have one too/ Cuz it weren’t like niggaz wasn’t dying but I thought you knew/ And I ain’t really f with you. Wicked! I hope they catch whoever did you wicked/ I hope you rest in peace, even though we ain’t kick it/ At the end of the day we some grown ass nig,” he continued.

Fans of AKA have reacted to Burna Boy’s tribute with some saying the Nigerian hitmaker was just so insensitive.
