Busta 929 & Mr JazziQ Reconcile Differences, Set To Release "Maba Jabul’Abantu Vol. 2"

Busta 929 & Mr JazziQ dominated 2020 with their ‘Maba Jabul’Abantu’ EP. The EP featured 8 tracks, including notable hits such as “VSOP” featuring Reece Madlisa, Zuma, Mpura, Riky Rick & 9umba, and “Jika” with Reece Madlisa, Zuma & Eullanda.

Despite the EP’s massive success, the relationship between Busta 929 & Mr JazziQ soured, with Busta 929 accusing Mr JazziQ of exploitation. Two years after their supposed split, it seems they have reconciled their differences as they prepare to release “Maba Jabul’Abantu Vol. 2.”

“Maba Jabul’Abantu Vol. 2” marks their first major collaboration since their falling out and will be promoted with the single “Nizo Jabula.” While the release date for the album hasn’t been confirmed, all indications suggest it will be out by October.
