The soulful sound became prominent thanks to the consistency of veterans like DJ Jaivane. Although the producer strayed away from the core of the sound for a while, the prospect of a new hybrid didn’t seem likely. This all changed with the emergence of Sgija. With this, the producer was able to refine the Soulful sound with some little Sgija twist and the result has been satisfying.
