Funky Qla has signed a major deal with Empire records and now he makes his debut with the giant label with the release of “Uyingozi” featuring Argento Dust, Zaba & Kususa.
The last time we had a hit from Funky Qla was when he delivered “Thununu” with StingRay. A couple of weeks ago, he tried to make magic when he teamed up with DJ Bongz & Dlala Thukzin to release”Hey Sister.” Even though the track banged right, it still was unable to give us the type of hit Funky Qla gave us when he delivered “Thununu.” But the story is about to change with the release of “Uyingozi”
Featuring Argento Dust, Zaba & Kususa, this track strengthens on his Gqom soundscapes with a little touch of electronic house. “Uyingozi” promotes his forthcoming four-track EP, “Dark Or Durban EP.”
