Since the assassination of AKA, many accusations were thrown on Moses Tembe, the father of AKA’s former Girlfriend, Anele who committed suicide.
Yesterday, Moses Tembe issued a statement, distancing himself and members of his family from being involved in AKA’s assassination.
“It is with grave concern that my family and i have had to endure a flurry of posts on various social media platforms that accuse me, and members of my family, of being involved in the
death of Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes. These accusations are untrue and without substance,” Moses Tembe said.
Moses Tembe went further to add that while they are still value the principle of freedom of speech, these accusations inflicts harm on his family.
“I categorically state that my family feel the pain of the Forbes family and would never be involved in an abhorrent act of this nature. Whilst I value the principle of freedom of speech, these cruel and libelous utterances inflict personal and emotional harm on us,” – he further added.
He further said that after dealing with the tragic death of his daughter, AKA’s sudden death has taken an emotional toll on not only him but his entire family as well and he would love to respectfully request that those making baseless accusations refrain from doing so.
“After having to deal with the tragedy of the untimely passing of our daughter, this senseless crime has taken a further emotional toll on us. I respectfully request the individuals making these baseless statements to refrain from doing so,” Moses Tembe concluded.
