The Lowkeys remains one of the biggest Amapiano duo in the piano scene. Since their burst into the music mainstream several years ago, they have consistently kept us on our toes with their explosive productions. Opening the musical year of 2023, they bless us with this banging album called “Don’t Press Play.”
With a knack for trying their hands on different sounds, The Lowkeys never ceases to keep their signature piano sound audible on their productions and on “Don’t Press Play,” they disappoint not. From start to finish, this entire album is incredible and showcases their ability to evoke certain emotions and moods through their music.
“Don’t Press Play” is built around 22 tracks and it features supports from DJ Mohamed x D2mza, Bean RSA, 3two1, TJ Mengus, Richard Kay, Tye Waves, Saxo Da Deejay, Valentine, Abuti GapGap and other upcoming artists.
The Lowkeys mostly worked with rising and upcoming artists throughout the project and it is great to listen to what the kids have to offer. Stream below.
