The people have spoken through the ballots! Thobela FM now has their top 10 Songs of the Year 2023 and the radio station just got it right this time around.
Master KG & Nkosazana Daughter’s Keneilwe hit single was crowned Thobela FM’s song of the year, defeating Thukzin & Zaba Sykes’ “iPlan” and Lindough & Freddie Gwala’s “Oksala” hits to clinch the title.
The 2022 winner, King Monada, couldn’t take back his belt as he landed a distant 8th position in the top ten rankings with his Mack Eaze, DJ Benito & DJ Janisto-assisted single, ‘We Date.’
