Tweeps Reacts To Gauteng’s Newly Recruited Crime Prevention Wardens

Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi during the week unveiled a new Crime Busting Unit for Gauteng province. The trained wardens are expected to patrol and combat serious crime in the streets of Gauteng.

With a budget of nearly R450 million and to successfully carry on with the tough task of protecting Gauteng, the trained corps were armed with a fleet of BMWs, Bakkies, helicopters, Mobile Police Stations & Drones.

As usual, Tweeps reacted to the news with mixed reactions with some suggesting that the Wardens be physically fit to enable them carry out the job effectively.
