We spent the whole night refreshing Babalwa M’s YouTube music channel to see if her “Pisces EP” has been added and I dare say I was the first to consume the entire project in all its glory (kidding 😂).
Featuring 7 hefty tracks, this project is a real definition of what an Amapiano offering should look like, this is not me dissing or downgrading projects released by other artists, but me encouraging all to emulate Babalwa M and pour more efforts into creating a perfect project that will stand the test of time.
Babalwa M is one of Amapiano’s biggest and most sought-after vocalists and songwriter, who caught her break thanks to her hit single ‘Aluta Continua’ which featured Kelvin Momo. Being the most enlisted vocalist on most of Kelvin Momo’s productions, she has been able to work with everyone in the Amapiano mainstream from Musa Keys, Aymos, Mas MusiQ, Sam Deep and even De Mthuda.
Continuing to build on her dominance, she adds a new collection of bangers to her catalog and it’s marvelous. Pisces is a project that has a lot to do with Babalwa M’s personalities and her believe in zodiac astrological signs. It is a project that also encourages us to have empathy and be creative in whatever we found ourselves doing.
Tracks on this project are finely crafted, with each combining Bassie, Nia Pearl & Babalwa M’s enticing vocals with innovative sound designs from Kelvin Momo and Stixx. Enjoy!
