The wait is over! Celebrated producer and DJ, C-Moody, has released his long awaited EP, “Impilo,” under the legendary Soul Candi record label.
C-Moody is one of the most interesting Afrotech you should never sleep on. His productions over the past couple of years have been explosive, distinctly conveying his incredibly well-honed production style, while simultaneously incorporating traditional flairs to make them more spicy.
Making his official debut into the mainstream, he is here with “Impilo,” a 5-track collection of bangers that promises to captivate audiences with its rich tapestry of Afro tech beats and soulful African vocals.
“Impilo,” which means “Life” in isiZulu, is a powerful reflection of the different phases of life that C Moody, also known as Bandile Lukhele, has navigated.
