Heavy-K Losses Father

Veteran deejay and producer, Heavy K (Mkhululi Siqula) has lost his father and his only surviving parent. Heavy-K’s father died on the 9th of March after a brief illness.

Heavy-K made the revelation on his Facebook page with a caption that reads: “Yesterday was one of the saddest days of my life! My only surviving Parent has left me. Rest In Peace Tata I’ll forever love you, Kwelizayo.”

Heavy-K had a very healthy relationship with his father before his demise. In 2018, Heavy-K bought his father his first car, a Mercedez Benz C200 after 18 years of riding a bicycle to work.

“My old man in his first car ever after 18 years of riding a bicycle to work earning peanuts but he never backed down because he had a son to raise & that same son he raised got him a car!! Mercedez Benz C200😅Happy for you Taima wish your soul mate was next to you but she’s with you spiritually,” – Heavy K posted in 2018.

Heavy-K’s father death comes almost 9years after the death of his mother. In 2015, the 33-year-old producer lost his mother to the cold hands of death.
