Real name Kopano Morobane, Koppz Deep is a South African DJ and record producer who is known for producing his unique style of Amapiano “Grootman Music,” a subgenre of Amapiano music that pairs airy synth pads, bright piano melodies, and low-tempo rhythms with elements of jazz, lounge, and deep house. The young and independent producer has risen over the last few years up the Amapiano ranks and while he may not be an household name, his releases are top tier and some of his works have gone on to dominate several dancefloors and charts.
As a producer looking to carve out his own niche in a competitive industry, Koppz Deep has mastered the ability cross between House and piano melodies, leading him to make productions that are pleasing to all ears.
