Emerging producers, ManKay, Choco Dynasty and T&T Muziq have finally given us the winter goods with the release of “The LandLords,” a 5-track project that encompasses everything they stand for.
T&T Muziq are production duo that have caused quite a stir in the scene with their revolutionary sound that continually leaves fans in a vibey and energetic mood. ManKay and Choco Dynasty on the other hand are independent producers that have also made significant mark in the scene with their hardcore sound. Their 2023 single, “Namhlanje” with Pushkin & Springle really had a great impact in the Amapiano scene – so when these great minds began to collaborate, we knew from the get-go that their coming together will be a match made in Amapiano heaven.
“The LandLords” marks the first project by these young minds and this extended playlist could not have come at a better time, as the scene is itching seriously for some radical and hybrid sound. With support from Josiah De Disciple, Springle, Tracy, Faith Strings, Smavesh, Bandros, DJ Mydowa, Kaliedo Shaun Stylist and Shaun 101, this EP was born out of ManKay, Choco Dynasty & T&T MuziQ’s desire to infect the dancefloor and airwaves with melodious piano package.
This EP is simply another stunning masterpiece of the widely celebrated Sgija sound that these artists helped cooked. Enjoy!
