Amapiano hitmaker, Mdu Aka TRP has survived a car accident. The veteran producer was on his way to Botswana when his car collided with another car which resulted in his car seriously damaged but thankfully, nobody in the car sustained any critical injury.
As a result of the unfortunate accident, the producer has cancelled his gig at To Tounel in Botswana and Lucky’s Place in Duduza.
‘Due to circumstances out of my control I was unable to honour my performances at Tounel in Botswana and Lucky’s Place in Duduza, which were scheduled for 29 and 30 September 2024. I understand this may have caused great inconveniences for the establishments, their sponsors as well as my fans supporters, therefore I truly apologise.’ – Mdu AKA Trp says in a statement issued through Lawk communications.
Car accidents among Amapiano artists have been a reoccurring event. While artists try their best to avoid it by employing the best drivers, their constant usage of the road always increase the chances of such event occurring.
Mdu Aka TRP is currently being examined by medical professionals.
