The magical mastermind behind South Africa’s biggest genre will be dropping a one-of-a-kind album. Today, MFR Souls revealed the tracklist for their forthcoming From the Heart of Piano album, which is scheduled to hit stores this Friday, December 13, 2024.
To consist of two sides, this Side A will be out this December and the side B has been scheduled for release later in 2025.
This upcoming album will hold 14 tracks and MFR Souls enlists help from other artists on the album with collaborations featuring Shaun 101, DJ Maphorisa, Kabza De Small, Djy Vino, Bassie, Mawhoo and more.
From the snippets we have listened to thus far, the upcoming project seems to be a side-step from the soulful and heart pounding sounds the duo is known for. But that shouldn’t surprise fans because they are notorious for always exploring new terrains while retaining the real essence of the Amapiano sound.
