Mshinwemali might be a new face in the music mainstream, but he sure has mastered the ability to blend high-energy, Maskandi and traditional Zulu chants. The artists made his first appearance on the mainstream in 2023 with his release of ‘Iphakade Lami’ and ever since then, he has been keeping fans’ melodic appetites at bay with a steady stream of singles.
Today, for the first time in his musical career, the singer has entered the charts, featuring in the top 20 on SA iTunes with his newest single, ‘Ncono Siyeke.’ Not only has the song maintained upward movement on the charts, but it has also garnered a significant number of streams on YouTube, nearing 500k streams in less than 3 weeks since its release.
