If you are rushing down here after taking a listen to Nkukza SA’s Israel debut album, then I completely understand your urge to hear more from the producer. Heck, he completely killed it on that beautiful body of work and today, we take a deep dive into his soundscape via this mixtape that was handed to us by the Top Dawg Sessions.
While many of you just recently heard the name, Nkukza SA, he has indeed been producing interesting piano records that blends various sub-genres and styles. Just some days back, he gave us his debut album, Israel, a 16-track album which fuses the sounds of Private School Piano and Sgija. And now, he shows us more of his range with this mixtape that was delivered to us by the Top Dawg Sessions.
We don’t need a soothsayer to tell us that Nkukza SA is Amapiano’s next big thing. His affinity for sound design and fierce attention to detail is what distinguishes in from his peers and these characteristics shine through in this melodic mixtapes called “Top Dawg Sessions.”
