It was back in 2019 that an unknown vocalist named Sha Sha released her debut single called ‘Tender Love’ featuring DJ Maphorisa & Kabza De Small that took the entire country by storm and shook up the Amapiano music scene. Since then she has gone on to release more impressive scorchers such as ‘Woza’ and ‘Ungowami’ with Soa Mattrix, further solidifying her hold in the SA music scene.
While she was in her prime in 2019 through 2022, she went radio silence in 2023 which really affected her brand’s relevance. Reclaiming her lost glory, the singer has returned with this absolute scorcher called ‘Eglasini,’ and this one is a collaboration with Tyler ICU, Scotts Maphuma, 2woshort & Tyrone Dee.
‘Eglasini’ marks a major shift in the sounds of Sha Sha and we are loving her new reinvented self. This drop is released through Tyler ICU’s Baby Blue entertainment and it’s one that has all the right elements for an Amapiano track. It hits hard right from the beginning and makes you want to start a part in your tight corners.
