I’m having mixed feelings. I don’t just know how to react to this new release from TallArseTee considering the fact that it has been one of the most requested locked tunes for years. Well, better late than never. Out today is ‘Tsekeleke’ and this one is a collaboration with Entity MusiQ & Lil Mö.
In the early days of the Amapiano sound, figures like TallArseTee ruled the scene. While many of you know him as a MC, he’s infact one of the genre’s biggest vocalist and hypeman who introduced lots of styles to the local culture.
Years of battle with his former music publisher and record label really impacted negatively on his musical career and profile. It was so bad that for almost two years he was unable to release a track. After gaining full independence, the singer and performer is now back in form, and he makes his comeback announcement with the release of this stunning single, ‘Tsekeleke.’
‘Tsekeleke’ is a collaboration with Entity MusiQ & Lil Mö and it’s initially first teased in 2020 but due to some publishing conflicts, he was unable to make put it on stores. After many years, the singer has just let go of the complete version and it’s melodious.
This track runs for six minutes and it’s one that is filled with piano kicks and background chants that makes you feel the power of the club. Enjoy!
