With their powerful collaborations, it’s not hard to see why Amu Classic, Kappie & Mellow & Sleazy are often regarded as Amapiano’s ‘Fantastic 4.’
Amu Classic & Kappie have been grinding their way into the SA music mainstream largely by releasing powerful singles on a consistent basis. The few years they have been in the scene, they have evolved with every trends while staying true to the real essence of the Amapiano sound. Satisfying their listeners with every song they delivers, the duo have teamed up with Mellow & Sleazy for this powerful collection of bangers called ‘Fantastic 4.’
Since the last quarters of 2024, our eyes has been locked on Amu Classic & Kappie’s social media pages, hoping to be the first to grab the ‘Fantastic 4’ when it comes out. When they announced that the project will be available on stores today, we prepared our devices and by 12:00am at the dot, we were already listening to the beautiful work of arts. After repeated listen, I’m forced to declare this Amapiano’s finest compilation for the year 2025. I know the year is still very young but the perfection on this one makes it hard to want to believe another album can out-perform it.
This album holds 13 tracks and it boast of collaboration from the likes of Xduppy, CowBoii, Scotts Maphuma, ShaunMusiQ & Ftears, Reece Madlisa, Dinga.112, Leemckrazy, Tman Xpress, Bassie, ShakaMan YKTV, Muziqal Tone & Tshego_7.
If you enjoy feeling happy while being able to dance to a new jam, this new project from South Africa’s self-acclaimed Fantastic 4 is worth a listen or more.
