Black Coffee Buys Himself A New Mansion Worth R157 million

Black Coffee has bought himself a new mansion worth over R157 million in Cape Town’s most expensive neighbourhood.

His purchase comes weeks after the court finalised his divorce with Enhle Mbali and awarding his ex-wife a huge chunk of his assets as part of divorce settlement.

The news of the purchase was reported by News24, and according to the giant media House, the purchase of the building was facilitated through Black Coffee’s company, Little Ark Holdings. Costing R157 million, Black Coffee’s recent purchase is the highest any South African Deejay has splashed on a property, and also one of the highest residential property transaction in South Africa this year.
