I think DJ Jaivane is up to something massive. As a figure who has been extensively hailed for his soulful tactics, we have observed that he’s shifting course in recent times, unexpectedly tapping into newer sounds like Sgidongo. A listen to his Xpensive Clections Vol. 46 mixtape, and you can see that he sounds so different.
Well, this uniqueness is what we are about to experience in his forthcoming ‘Onkgopotse‘ album that will hit stores this July.
We haven’t had the opportunity to preview tracks from the album, but with the little that was sampled in Xpensive Clections Vol. 46 mixtape, ‘Onkgopotse‘ will be a one hell of an album, making up of tracks that are capable of keeping a smile on the listener’s face far after the album’s conclusion.
