The rise of Amapiano over the last few years can only be described as meteoric. Unknown DJs and producers were able to create bangers and dominate the local and international airwaves and playlists right from their bedrooms. Now that the sound is now international, it’s only normal that we celebrate these bedroom producers who made Amapiano what it’s today and one producer of note is DJ Shima.
DJ Shima has a strong love for anything Amapiano. Infact, it’s his love for the sound that served as a gateway for him to full go professional. Continuing to sharpen his production skills, he’s here with this collection of banger he aptly tags ‘Revisit Package 7.‘
‘Revisit Package 7‘ is a remake of some of our favourite Amapiano and House releases and one good thing about the rendition package is that DJ Shima manages to mesh influences from Private School piano, Sgija and Sgidongo in ways that are new and fresh.
