DJ Warras has been assassinated in Joburg CBD in the afternoon of Tuesday, December 16 2025.
The celebrated figures was inspecting a hijacked building he co-owned when the assassins struck. Africa males, they trailed DJ Warras and eventually opened fire on him when he came out of the building he went to inspect.
DJ Warras has consistently spoken out against the illegal occupation of buildings by undocumented foreigners in the country. On several occasions, he has addressed the issue of reclaiming buildings that have been hijacked by illegal migrants. His strong moral stance has likely made him a target for criminals and thieves who feel threatened by his bold positions.
