Anyone still doubting the possibility of 3Step overtaking Amapiano in the next couple of months is not in touch with reality. At the moment, 3Step offerings are dominating the charts and while it only occupies some few spots, the sound has shown great possibilities of being South Africa’s next big thing and with Dlala Thukzin’s upcoming Mayvis Album landing soon, it will no doubt reposition the sound and make it the goto sound by many groovers.
There is no one that has contributed as much to the 3Step sound as Dlala Thukzin. Not only is he one of its pioneer, he’s also one of the artists keeping the sub-House genre alive with his electrifying productions and the sheer impact of his offerings continue to make it desired in the SA music mainstream.
Come November 28, the producer will be releasing his next studio project, Mayvis and this one will include tracks that will resonate with the festival goers and beyond.
A few tracks from the album have been teased and believe me, they rock! This year’s festivities will be unlike anything you have experienced in the past and we have producers like Dlala Thukzin to be grateful for.
