I Named “Kurhula Album” After My Late Daughter, Kelvin Momo Reveals

Kelvin Momo has revealed that his chart topping “Kurhula” album was named after his late daughter that passed on some years ago.

In an interview with News 24 for Redbull Symphonic, the soulful producer revealed that the entire album was produced as a way of expressing his grief, reason while it was such an emotional project.

Featuring 27 tracks, the album had Kelvin Momo embark on a soulful journey in search of inner peace and permanent healings. And sincerely, it can be regarded as the producers biggest works of act till date, amassing over 20 million combined streams across various platforms.

“But the most painful album for me is Kurhula because that little kid dancing there. One thing I’ve always wanted is to have a daughter, and it happened ukuthi unfortunately azange aphile… That’s why i have that whole picture of a child dancing,” Kelvin Momo Reveals.

The lost of a child is something we don’t wish anyone go through and we hope Kelvin Momo was enable to find healings with his Soulful sounds as well as bringing healings and peace to those who are also experiencing similar problems.
