House music legends, LiquiDeep have just announced their comeback nearly a decade after their split.
Made up of Ziyon and Razor, the duo dominated the South African music scene with bangers such as “Still,” “Alone,” “Fairytale” and others too numerous to mention. In April 1st of 2014, they announced their split, making it an end of the reign of one of the finest producers to emerge from South Africa.
Nearly 10 years after their split, they have just announced their comeback and former lovers of their sounds have been celebrating.
Well, a lot has changed since their exit from the scene. House music no longer reigns supreme in the South African music space. Now, there’s Amapiano, Lekompo, Maskandi, and 3Step to contend with. But with our trust in LiquiDeep’s capabilities, we believe they are more than capable of pushing House music back to the top, and we’re here for it.
