I don’t know how MaWhoo does it. Killing House, Maskandi, Amapiano and Soulful beats is not something everybody is capable of doing. Such versatility don’t come too often and with her outputs so far, I dare say she’s the vocal queen of SA music. Hot today from her corners is another banger hit dubbed ‘Bengicela‘ and this one is a collaboration with oGL_Ceejay, Thukuthela and Jazzworx.
Jazzworx and Thukuthela needs no introduction. Since their emergence in the SA music scene a couple of years ago, they have pushed out bangers that has established them as the record-breaking House duo the scene has long been craving for. Continuing to push out more solid entry, they have honoured Mawhoo’s invite for a collaboration and in all sincerity, they killed this one!
‘Bengicela‘ is a track that draws from both the 3step and soulful sound to shape a record that’s just as emotionally raw as it is rhythmically pleasing. A proper record, this track already had its fair share of sing-a-long verses—which was made possible by Mawhoo and Thukuthela, now made more infectious with Jazzworx’s 3 step and genre bending beats.
From start to finish, there’s no denying that this track is melodious and catchy. In fact, asking if this track is dope is like asking if the earth is spherical. Take a bite below!
