We knew De Mthuda’s silent since the start of the year means he is working on something mighty and our guess is turning out right. A couple of hours ago, the veteran producer posted on his socials that his next studio album is complete and ready for release.
I won’t lie, my 2025 playlists is looking so bare and empty, mostly because it’s missing some important ingredients that we can only derived from productions by veterans such as De Mthuda. Luckily for us, the producer has just announced that his next studio project is finished and ready for release.
De Mthuda has built a reputation in the Amapiano music scene with his signature blend of Kwaito, Soulful melodies, and feel-good energy. His works have been the pillar of what has held the Amapiano sound and it’s no surprising to see him getting flowers.
In the next couple of weeks, the veteran producer will be dropping his long awaited album. No much details was given but from our rough estimation, it may hit stores by April.
