It has now become a tradition for producers to drop a handful pre-releases ahead of an upcoming album, this way, listeners get to have a bite of what’s to come. Today, Sfarzo Rtee is giving us a taste of what is to come in his forthcoming Rethabile album via this Jazzworx, Thukuthela & DBN Gogo-assisted record called “Asiyeni.”
I think one of Sfarzo Rtee’s strengths is his ability to work with a diverse array of artists without losing himself. His newest entry, ‘Asiyeni,’ features Thukuthela, a rising producer who’s quickly climbing the industry ranks, working alongside legendary producers and versatile vocalists such as Oscar Mbo and Mawhoo.
The drop is also a collaboration with Jazzworx & DBN Gogo and listening to this track, you can hear the fingerprints of the figures as Jazzworx’s signature House flairs fusion melts into the fluid Soulful Piano sensibilities of DBN Gogo and Sfarzo Rtee, and the result is stunning.
