Skroef28’s newest EP, “Midnight Musings” is finally out and this one features four tracks that continue to showcase his mastery of the many sub-sounds of Amapiano.
Timing is everything in the music industry, especially one that is as competitive as the one in South Africa, and it’s important to release music when it feels right. With the festivities hovering around, it only makes perfect sense for Skroef28 to deliver a short but concise project that will get his sounds on speakers across the country.
Today, he surprised us with “Midnight Musings,” a four-track EP that delivers a dose of raw piano buzz and other experimental sounds across its four tracks, and the result is a complete project that will captivate you throughout its entire runtime.
“Midnight Musings” features collaborations with Ndoose SA, Nkulee 501, MDU aka TRP, and Ntsako VXI. And each of these collaboration adds a unique flavor to the EP, further accentuating Skroef28’s wide musical palette.
