Today we bring you a mega collaboration from two of Amapiano’s finest figures, Tycoon & MDU aka TRP and this one is titled ‘Khoto Series.’
MDU aka TRP is no longer following the old habits of locking his productions in his hard drives, only to play on his sets. Now he’s pushing out music at a steady rate and this is just the beginning. 2025 seems to be a rebranding year for the log drum pioneer as it has seen him share his unique sound both from behind the decks and through his ever-growing catalogue of releases.
Today, he pairs with Tycoon for a collaborative 8-track project that is made up of high quality productions, with noticeable differences in style and essence. It includes productions from the likes of ShakaMan YKTV, Cowboii, Kabza De Small, & Djy Vino, and together, and together they deliver a collection of bangers well capable of maintaining the steez and relevance of the duo.
This EP is something special when compared to the saturated and stale Amapiano released that’s been pushed out in recent times. Isn’t this what we always craved for?
