Dropping contents that are purely infectious, the SA music scene continues to bask in the melodies Umafikizolo has released over the past few years. Taking his first musical move this year, he has teamed up with Nomfundo Moh for this stunning new release and this one is fire.
I won’t lie, I’m one of those who prefer joint works than solo releases. Collaborative releases are often more infectious and loaded as they take two or more artists from opposite sides of the musical spectrum and forcing them to blend their sounds and experience, and the result is always a hybrid work that you can’t be able to resist.
An example of such a perfect fusion is this new track from Umafikizolo and Nomfundo Moh. The two, revered for their influence on the Maskandi and Afro-Pop House scenes respectively, have captivated listeners with their impeccable vocal skills. And they did not disappoint with this one.
