When Vigro Deep announced that the first episode of his Baby Boy album series is in the works, we knew it will bang hard and our guess is turning out to be right. Anticipation for the album began building earlier this year, as Vigro Deep sampled a handful of the album’s tracks across his DJ sets, and live shows.
Putting an end to the long wait and the torture Amapiano fanatics have endured after only hearing addictive snippets, Vigro Deep has finally blessed us with “Baby Boy V.”
This album is made of 20 hefty tracks that are grounded in soulful, melodic richness, and energetic vibes. Touching on almost all the sub-sounds of Amapiano, this album brings together a remarkable roster of collaborators, including talents like Moonchild Sanelly, Ch’cco, Mellow & Sleazy, Djy Biza, Zee Nxumalo, EeQue, Al Xapo, DJ Maphorisa, Kabza De Small, and many more, and with their assistance, Vigro Deep was able to create a tapestry of sound that resonates deeply with listeners everywhere.
