Busta 929 is not losing his status in the Amapiano scene anytime soon. Today, the veteran producer has delivered to us a stunning concoction of bangers called “Strictly 929 Vol. 12 (2 Hour Mix).”
The Amapiano scene is replete with talents that have made the genre robust. And one talent that brought hardcore spice is Busta 929. Since his entry into the music mainstream, the Thupa Records boss has delivered stunning bangers that have helped showcase his versatility, while his growing catalogue continues to attract listeners across the country.
Although he has gone cold in recent seasons, with his last international banger being some couple of years ago, his catalogue is still robust and solid, attracting even more ears and nearing over a million monthly listeners on Spotify, 840k to be precise.
With him back in form, he has cooked lots of bangers, and now, he is letting us have a bite of his latest inventory with his delivery of “Strictly 929 Vol. 12,” a 2-hour compilation that is packed with hardcore sounds.
