With producers like Dlala Regal still very much active in the Amapiano scene, the genre will continue to flourish. Out again from the stables of this veteran is this Deep Essentials-assisted scorcher called “MRABARABA.”
From “Dlala Captain” with Sir Sensei & Young Stunna to “Mpolaye” with Maximum & CowBoii, Dlala Regal has always been the one to serve us explosive bangers. Although it has been quiet on his front for quite some time now, his ability to drop bangers hasn’t gone quiet either, and he proves this with this banger of a new record called “MRABARABA.”
Dlala Regal didn’t capture the attention of the Amapiano mainstream some years ago just because it was easy to do so. In fact, unlike now, it was hard for Amapiano artists to break into the mainstream because of the stiff competition from artists in other genres. What made him stand out was his ability to pivot to a quicker and more minimal production style that listeners could easily digest, and this very soundscape is what he brings to “MRABARABA.”
This song is out everywhere, and it’s a masterclass in genre-bending, effortlessly fusing elements of Private School Piano and a small touch of House into a cohesive and explosive sound.
