Not to downplay the efforts of young talents, but I am of the belief that the spice and aura that veterans of the Deep House music scene bring to their sets are things these new kids on the block miss heavily. Well, these extra spices did not just appear; they are the result of years of effort, mistakes, and pain, and these experiences they effortlessly transmit to the modern dancefloor with ease and steeze.
A couple of weeks back, Deep House Sessions, Somnyama Sunsets, captured Enosoul’s recent set, and this one reminds us of just how Deep House mixes were supposed to taste.
This tape runs for forty-two minutes, and while it has all of its footing in Deep House melodies, this tape also carries lots of soulful melodies that will hook you in and not let go.
