Kabza De Small Postpones Tutu Album to September 25

Kabza De Small has postponed the release of his highly anticipated album, Tutu, to September 25. The album, which was to be released this coming weekend, August 28, had been one of the most anticipated projects in recent times, and we know fans will be disappointed to find out about the postponement of the project, but I believe there was a reason Kabza De Small made the move.

Although no statement has been released by Kabza De Small and his management, we were only able to know about the shift in the album release when we checked his Spotify page, only to find out that we now had 33 days of waiting, as opposed to the 6 days we had previously. Although his iTunes is yet to reflect the changes to the new album release date.

Of the 13 tracks that will make it to this album, Kabza De Small has released five: “Impilo” with Mkeyz, “Khanya Njalo” with Zawadi Yamungu, “Ume Nami” with Nobuhle, “Ifa Lami” with Sykes, Anzo & Tshego AMG, and “Papta” featuring Chronical Deep & Latique.

These songs, released over the course of the past couple of months, have given us big clues about what the forthcoming Tutu album will entail, and sincerely, many of us are heartbroken that the project has been postponed for another four weeks. Nevertheless, we wait and ready our minds for the feast that we are about to have on September 25, 2026.
