In the next couple of days, February 27 to be precise, veteran Amapiano producer Loxion Deep will be dropping his next studio project, “The Other Side of Me” and this one will come as a follow to “The Book Of Amapiano” that was released mid-2025.
A lot has changed about the Amapiano sound since it entered the South African mainstream. While some of these changes have been instrumental in pushing it beyond the country’s borders, they have, to some extent, diluted the original flavour of the sound. Thankfully, these core elements are still present in productions released by veterans such as Loxion Deep.
While some new-age listeners might label his productions as old school, the producer has mastered the art of balancing modern trends with his signature piano-driven vibes, and the result has been nothing short of stunning melodic bliss. Continuing to deliver productions that carry the true essence of Amapiano, he has announced that his next studio album will be released on February 27.
