With Sam Deep & De Mthuda mounting the production arsenals, Njelic has just given us another nationwide banger via “Confidence.”
Njelic has become an important figure in the South African music industry, and he has contributed significantly to the spread of our local sounds beyond the borders of Mzansi. As one of the pioneers of Amapiano, he’s one of the few who have consistently made productions that retain the full essence of the sound in all its glory.
Officially entering the 2026 festive charts, he has just delivered “Confidence,” a song that has been sought after by Amapiano fanatics for months after it was teased in one of Sam Deep’s sets.
Just like a typical Amapiano song produced by Sam Deep and De Mthuda, this track never relents in its hardcore sound and melodies, and with Njelic’s experience, he was able to carefully blend his vocals with the overall raw and undiluted production, making it perfect for the upcoming festival mood and groove. This song is a follow-up to “Zola Badu,” a song he did with Jadenfunky, Rhythm Tee & Cuba Beats.
Enjoy!
